How To Make Senior Health
YOUR Success Story

Health success as a senior?  Yes, absolutely!

Senior health success can be yours. For life.

It can be yours by following very simple steps.

Like I did. And continue to do. Successfully.

Imagine yourself healthy for life. Just imagine!

These steps work. They will work for you, too.

As a senior like me, you're probably aware that Americans are now the most overmedicated, overweight, overfed but undernourished, depressed, and out-of-shape people on earth.

Almost 70 percent of older Americans are overweight or obese.

All this results in

  • serious health problems
  • reduced life expectancy

We can change that. Together. Now.

The Good News Is…

SeniorHealthSuccess is for every senior who is open to making sensible modifications.

It’s for older adults - like you - who will do what’s necessary to improve their health toward a satisfactory - even optimal – level.

If you're willing to take simple steps toward a level of health that ensures you a vibrant, independent and longer life, starting today

You have come to the right place.

Where There's a Will, There's a Way.

No doubt… There is powerful educational value in the topics of this website.

Subjects like fitness and exercise for seniors, diet and nutrition, healthy aging and longevity, and many more...

How To Be Healthy may be a good start.

Gathering great information is very helpful. But this knowledge alone will not guarantee that you'll enjoy optimal health.

What’s missing is inspiration and motivation --with a personal touch. A personal connection.

Let me give you a helping hand in finding your very own Senior Health Success.

My name is Guenter Hauser. I'm a baby boomer in my mid-sixties.

Years ago, when my father passed away too early due to heart disease --

I had a vision of seniors - including myself - living a longer, fuller life.

It developed into a mission to guide them in that effort. has become my passion.

I've done the homework and the research.

You get the results.

I practice what I teach.

If I can do it, so can you.

I'm a senior who has been there, done that - right and wrong. I learned from it.

I learned there is no secret to senior health.

It's as simple as this...

Real senior health success is ABSOLUTELY POSSIBLE by taking the steps and following these two rules:

       #1 - Truly Healthful Nutrition

       #2 - Regular Physical Activity

Enjoy a healthy and long life by taking

  • GUIDED steps - Get results!
  • PLANNED steps - Reach your goals!

So, with me as your qualified guide...

and with your personalized roadmap at hand - you’ll be well on your way to true...

Senior Health Success - The Time is Now

The next step you might take is to read this…

How can I reach my health goals?

Or, if you already know your goals, but you don't have a concrete plan…

Health Coaching has been proved to be highly effective in changing health behavior and achieving desired results.

My message to you is straight and URGENT. No apologies.

P.S. See what rule #1 is about here, rule #2 here.

Guenter, your website is a wealth of information and encouragement. It is really clarifying my thinking regarding diet changes. We have made it a goal to be more healthy in our eating. I want to lose weight, gain strength, increase my running speed and perhaps train for at least a half-marathon. Same goals for my wife, except her exercise of choice is swimming.

I have found using the site to be very motivating.

Thanks, Rob and Robin, Brookfield, WI

your website looks fantastic. very easy to navigate (which is good for seniors:)) and the information is straightforward... this world desperately needs help with nutrition, diet, and good information.

Jessica and Chris, San Francisco, CA

I'm really enjoying the site and appreciate the hard work you've put into it. It has motivated me to put more thought and effort into improving my diet. I am walking 2 miles daily but need to do more serious work on what I’m eating.

Darlene, San Luis Obispo, CA

Guenter, I'm loving my new way of eating… I've lost 4 pounds this week! I haven't had any meat (I did have eggs a couple of times), but I'm not missing it. I don't feel hungry. I'm getting my mind set ready for exercise by the New Year if not sooner. So, THANK YOU for inspiring me!

Lisa, Cameron Park, CA

I know of a few people I want to send your site to, and I will tell my friends for sure.
Oh, and just to share, I've lost 50 pounds this year! Still more to go, but I feel like a new person already. Maybe you rubbed off on me.

Jody, Santa Fe, NM

Since we last saw you, Steph was inspired and took up running. She’s completed 2 half marathons so far! I’d say you probably had a hand in inspiring her to try!

Stephanie and Clint, Whitestown, IN
