Although “About Senior Health Success And Me” tells you who I am --
this website is ALL ABOUT YOU - the older adult, but young-at-heart. Here’s what I mean by this…
After my father died of heart disease too young, I slowly began to realize that I had to change my lifestyle to avoid meeting a similar fate.
Once I accepted that necessity, I wanted to learn more about senior health-related issues -- much more.
As a result, I have the training and professional qualifications that afford me credibility with my clientele. You can rely on me.
More importantly, I found a passionate desire to guide my peers -- the seniors, the baby boomers, the young-at-heart -- toward a healthy lifestyle.
So that you may enjoy a healthier, independent, long and fulfilling life.
From vision to mission to passion -- it’s how I live my life successfully as a healthy baby boomer...
And you can, too!
That’s what SeniorHealthSuccess.com is all about.
I am a Certified Health Coach -- practicing evidence-based health coaching -- and proud to be a member of the National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC).
I am a Certified Fitness Trainer and Certified Specialist in Senior Fitness, certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), the industry-leading first fitness organization in the U.S. accredited by a federally recognized agency.
I am well-prepared to design individualized training programs for clients in accordance with their physician’s recommendations.
My personal physical fitness
proves that I continually “practice what I preach.”
Keeping abreast of senior-related developments in evidence-based health coaching, as well as sports and nutrition sciences, uniquely qualifies me to work with seniors.
A senior like you, I am getting younger all the time :)
Come join me!
Yours in good senior health,
Guenter Hauser, CHC, CFT, SSF
P.S. This photo shows my good friend and mentor John Keston* and me at the Napa Valley Marathon.
John is a multiple age-group world-record holder in long-distance running, from the mile to the marathon. He is a 2001 inductee into the USATF Masters Hall of Fame. He's still running at 90.
That's my plan, too...
