Why Health Behavior Change Makes All The Difference

So what is ‘health behavior change’ anyway?

It means doing things differently in the interest of your health. 

It means

  • defining specific health goals
  • developing a roadmap
  • taking steps toward the desired health outcome

Thus far, the success in your efforts to be healthy as a senior may not have met your expectations, so you are looking for ways to make realistic improvements to your health…

There is no need to go this alone!

Let me suggest that you find the support of a spouse, a partner, a trusted friend -- a travel companion, if you will -- to join your senior health journey. Look for someone with a can-do attitude.

Find someone you can trust to inspire you -- not criticize or put you down.

Find a person who helps you make a plan, and then encourages you to stick with it by holding you accountable. 

Someone to share your little victories and your little stumbles.

In the event that you don’t have the support of a person of confidence, I am offering my help and full support. 

Making positive changes to health behavior is simple enough, but it may not be so EASY, going it alone.
