We're all seniors, older adults and hopefully young-at-heart.
This site's message has a sense of urgency.
Never in this country's history has the older population been in worse shape than right now.
Americans are the sickest, most overweight or obese, depressed, overmedicated, overfed yet malnourished, and sedentary people on earth.
Fully 70 percent of older Americans (age 65+) are in this group.
This is a big majority. But it doesn't make it okay.
The Good News:
It's NOT too late to start living a healthier, fitter, independent, fulfilling, and longer life.
You ARE your own solution!
Your body and mind are telling you that something is not quite right.
You can make positive changes. However…
